At Parallel Fragrances LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and protective shipping materials to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the item to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
